How precise are the memories? Would everyone remember faces, names, conversations, personalities...all that?

I mean, of course it's impossible someone will remember something like all the conversations word for word, but maybe they'd remember they ever talked and what it was about.

What I mean to ask is if there's anything specific they won't remember.
